By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• "Customer," "You," "Your" refers to any individual or entity accessing our website or purchasing our products/services
• "Products" refers to all jewellery items, including but not limited to gold, diamond, platinum, silver, and gemstone jewellery
• "Services" refers to custom design, repair, polishing, exchange, certification, and any other service offered by us
• "Website" refers to aaravjewellers.shop and all associated web pages
• "Inquiry" refers to any product inquiry, price request, or consultation request submitted through our website or communication channels

2. Products and Pricing

2.1 Product Display

All products displayed on our website are for representational purposes. While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, the actual colours, appearance, and size may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography lighting, and the handcrafted nature of our jewellery. Weight and dimensions provided are approximate and may have minor variations.

2.2 Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated
• Gold prices are based on the daily market rate and may vary at the time of purchase confirmation
• Diamond and gemstone prices are based on the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat) and current market rates
• Making charges are mentioned separately on the invoice and vary based on the complexity of design
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price
• Prices displayed on the website are indicative and subject to final confirmation at the time of order placement

2.3 Inquiries

Product inquiries submitted through our website or communication channels are requests for information and do not constitute a binding order. A confirmed order is established only upon receipt of advance payment and order confirmation from our team.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

• Orders can be placed in-store, via phone, email, WhatsApp, or through our website inquiry form
• Custom design orders require a detailed consultation, design approval, and advance payment before production begins
• Order confirmation will be provided via email or WhatsApp with estimated delivery timeline
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion

3.2 Payment Terms

• A minimum advance of 50% is required for all orders at the time of confirmation
• For custom design orders, 60% advance is required before production begins
• Balance payment is due before or at the time of delivery
• We accept cash, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, debit cards, and credit cards
• For high-value orders (above ₹5,00,000), we may require additional KYC documentation as per regulatory requirements
• EMI options are available on select credit cards; please check with our team for eligibility

3.3 Pricing and Weight Changes

Since gold and diamond prices are market-driven, the final price will be calculated based on the rate prevailing on the date of final payment and the actual weight of the finished product. Any difference from the initially estimated price will be communicated to you before delivery.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• In-store pickup is available during business hours (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)
• Domestic shipping is available through insured courier partners for orders above ₹10,000 (free shipping applies)
• Orders below ₹10,000 will incur shipping charges as communicated at the time of order
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, custom design complexity, and logistics
• Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days; custom orders may take 21-45 business days
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including natural calamities, strikes, or courier disruptions
• All shipped orders are fully insured; in case of transit damage, we will replace the product at no additional cost
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or in-store pickup

5. Exchange Policy

• We offer lifetime exchange on all gold and diamond jewellery purchased from Aarav Jewellers
• Exchange is available only against purchase of new jewellery from our store
• The exchange value is calculated based on the prevailing gold rate minus a deduction of up to 10% on making charges (varies by product category and condition)
• Original invoice and BIS hallmark are mandatory for exchange
• Exchanged items must be in good condition without significant damage or alteration
• Diamond and gemstone exchange values are assessed individually based on current market rates and condition
• Cash refunds are not available under the exchange policy; only credit toward new purchases is provided

6. Return and Refund Policy

• Due to the customized and high-value nature of jewellery, returns are accepted only in specific circumstances
• Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of purchase for a full replacement or repair
• Incorrect products delivered will be replaced with the correct product at no additional cost
• Products that have been worn, altered, resized, or customized cannot be returned
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 15 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer
• No refunds on advance payments for custom design orders once production has commenced

7. Warranty and After-Sales Service

• All products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects
• Free polishing and cleaning service is available for life at our showroom
• Free rhodium plating for white gold jewellery (once per year)
• Free stone tightening and setting check (once per year)
• Repairs due to wear and tear, accidental damage, or mishandling will be charged at applicable rates
• Warranty does not cover loss of stones due to impact or rough handling
• Any third-party modifications to the product will void the warranty

8. BIS Hallmarking and Certification

All gold jewellery sold by Aarav Jewellers is BIS hallmarked as per government regulations. Diamond jewellery above 0.30 carats comes with GIA or IGI certification. We guarantee the purity and quality of all our products as stated on the invoice and certification documents. Any dispute regarding purity will be resolved through re-assessment at a BIS-recognized assaying center.

9. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, logos, text, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Aarav Jewellers
• No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written consent
• Our original jewellery designs are protected under applicable design and copyright laws
• Unauthorized use, copying, or imitation of our designs for commercial purposes will result in legal action

10. Website Use and Conduct

By using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries or contact forms
• Not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product or service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in third-party content linked from our website
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Product images are for illustration only; minor variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for return

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aarav Jewellers, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our website, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra

• In case of product quality disputes, we agree to re-assessment by a BIS-recognized center whose decision shall be final and binding

16. Severability
